As managing director of World Chefs, the organization grew substantially in terms of revenues, employees, and activities. He is entrepreneurial, dynamic and a great team player.
Ragnar has been a key driver in the chefs’ community of the world when it comes to addressing food waste and to actively promote planetary health diet. And through his envolvement in the Feed the Planet partnership, he has made it possible to support many people in need around the world.
Since 2005, I have the pleasure of working alongside Ragnar on several communication projects. In particular, “Les Berceaux” website’s maintenance, the production of a gastronomic calendar, and most of all culinary events’ planning. I can only recommend Ragnar, who is a reliable, reactive, available and always in a good mood.
